Provides mothers, fathers and care-givers the opportunity to meet others raising infants.

The first year of parenthood is filled with many experiences, ranging from joy to fear to delight and frustration. Join up for a weekly group for mothers, fathers and other caregivers with babies up to one year.

This informal discussion group encourages parents to get acquainted, share experience, find support and gain information from each other, from staff and from guest information speakers.

Our warm and welcoming environment helps ease the transition into parenthood.
